Editor,Even though I don’t agree with him, I thank Francois Rwandamuriye for expressing his opinion when he commented that "this is the start of failure to East African Community (EAC) because Burundi and Tanzania weren’t involved”. I’m not certain why he would qualify this as a failure before it even gets implemented. Dear Rwandamuriye, I trust that you have been following closely all developments pertaining the EAC, however this union has never happened before, so the nations involved are trying their best to make it work within their means.If you have an idea to put forward, I suggest you make it known. From what I gather, the commission in charge takes suggestions from the public or any other interested parties. So how about we drop this negative attitude and look at the glass half full instead huh?
