Dear editor,
The issuing of new ID’s in Rwanda is a brilliant idea. It will no doubt make progress and generally ease movements of Rwandans.

However, the only problem that comes during the process is the congestion and delays. Better methods of giving out the ID’s are therefore needed.

If only the responsible authorities could devise a way of easing the whole process that will make things faster. The long lines waste a lot of time for some of us with busy schedules and time wasted is costly and can never be retrieved.
