Editor,The best way to handle travelling with large sums of money is to request all travelers to declare their money before crossing the border and make it  mandatory to penalise those who fail to do so. This is done in other countries like Ethiopia. It is so sad for the death of our fellow Rwandan but moving with such chunk of money to me I consider it a case of money laundering.
