Editor, A lot of sensitisation about the importance of using payments receipt/invoices has to be done.  Businessmen should not ask customers  if they need or  do not need payments receipt/invoices. Temporarily the Finance ministry  is  going to see a surge in tax revenues as some sectors become gradually squeezed, less money will be reinvested in businesses, then tax revenues will start decreasing.More investments and new entrepreuners are a good sign, but it may take a number of years before the new economic activities become profitable.
