Rwanda national cycling team, Team Rwanda will compete in this year’s Tour of the Democratic Republic of Congo from June 18-29, according to the Rwanda Cycling Federation officials.America-born trainer, Boyer Jonathan has named four riders four the competition; they include Joseph Biziyaremye, Emile Bintunimana, Emmanuel Rudahunga and Rukundo Hassan.Other officials on the team include La Croix Jimmy – Mechanical and physiotherapy Obed Ruvogera. The team leaves Kigali on Saturday aboard Rwandair via Congo Brazzaville. It will be the first time Team Rwanda competes in the annual race.Meanwhile, up to 60 local riders from different parts of the country will compete in this year’s Genocide Memorial race slated for today.The riders will cover a total distance of 107km.
