"Kick the ball over here Daniel!” shouted Brian as he was running faster and faster towards the goal post. The ball was now flying towards Brian and when he almost kicked it into the net, guess what happened.

Brian slid and fell flat on the ground. "Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!” wailed Brian.

"Sorry, lets keep going.” said Daniel the Captain, as he came running and helped Brian up. Daniel and Brian are in the same football team called ‘Good Boys Team’. They are playing with the ‘Tough Guys Team’.

The game was becoming hard to play because time was running out. Seven minutes were remaining and the score was still 1-1.

Each team was feeling the pressure of the game and they all wanted to be the winner and take the trophy back to their school.

The ball was now kicked by the ‘Tough Guys’. These guys were really fast and were moving towards the goal keeper’s box to score.

As the striker was about to net the ball, a swift defender from the ‘Good Boys’ kicked the ball back and away. The ‘Good Boys’ kicked the ball and the ‘Tough Boys’ kept trying to block the ball.

Now Brian had the ball and he knew this was the moment to score. The only problem was that one huge ‘Tough Guy’ defender was standing right in front of him. "Oh no.” whispered Brian.

But then over behind the huge guy, he saw Daniel the team captain waving at him. No one was defending him. Without wasting time, Brian kicked the ball high way over the huge guy and Daniel with a one strong kick jumped and kicked the ball past the ‘Tough Guys’ goal keeper into the net.

"Goal! Goal! Hooray! Wooo! Shouted every one and at that moment the final whistle was blown and the ‘Good Boys Team’ was victorious!
