Bralirwa sold 2,300 shares valued at close to Rwf2m yesterday compared to the previous trading session which recorded no shares traded. The shares were traded in three deals.The Rwanda Stock Exchange Share Index (RSI) went up 1.8 points from 222.35 points last Monday to 224.15 points yesterday. The most active counters, Bank of Kigali and Bralirwa share prices were unchanged at Rwf200 and Rwf850 respectively. Bralirwa shares closed at Rwf850, whereas Bank of Kigali counter was quiet with no shares exchaning hands. Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) shares last transacted at Rwf169, while Nation Media Group shares last traded at Rwf1,200. At the end of formal trading hours, there were outstanding offers of 129,400 Bank of Kigali shares at between Rwf197 and Rwf220 and outstanding bids for 101,200 shares between Rwf180 and Rwf190. On the Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding offers of 47,700 shares at between Rwf850 and Rwf860 and no outstanding bids.
