Melise Ishimwe Shema, 11, goes to St. Patrick School and loves to help her mother with house work. She says that over the weekend she makes sure that she mops the house and also cleans the windows.

Her mother is very hardworking and she has grown to love Melise the more because she is a fast learner. During school days, Melise goes home at 4pm and starts of with washing the dishes before she does her homework.

Her mother has started to teach her how to cook as she says that all girls should learn how to cook food. It is important for children to help their parents with house work because this helps them to become better parents tomorrow.

Lazy people will always find it a problem to go to work in the future after school.
