But can’t try her either or extradite her to Rwanda to face trial as a spurned Kanziga might begin to sing like a canary and spill the beans (sorry about the mixed metaphors) about their own role. Huh, truly a horn of a dilemma for Paris, for whom this woman’s continued residence (as well as the many other genocidaires) on French territory is a running reminder to the world of that infamous French hand in the Genocide.
