It is imperative to note that customer satisfaction is crucial; this comes with offering good customer care, developing an atmosphere of understanding a customer’s query and attempting to solve it with the best calmness you can forge, and most importantly minding a client’s time.

It is so unfortunate that Cogebank’s services have not taken some of these things into consideration, its services are unnervingly slow, and pain fully procedures and I think it’s these procedures like filling a certain form before they can check your balance, that have slowed down their services.

It is not shameful to copy from your competitors, more so if they outclass you in their systems, so I urge Cogebanque’s management to copy and adopt other sister institutions, that have taken a considerable stride in this problem, or if not, invent a brand new system of efficiency, otherwise we as your clients are going through a hard time.
