Editor,

Rwanda is one of the many African countries with a rich culture that’s envisaged in the diversity of crafts, dance, art and strong traditions. It is through art and handcrafts that we can be assured of permanent creativity through visual and performing arts.

And these are the authentic living heritage that is renewed continuously. This has got a profound impact that lead us to a reconstructed history, creativity and identity.

For Africa, art has never been without meaning. Let us cherish our contemporary art that testifies African culture and creativity. Art is a true soul of a nation and an inspiration to our inner thoughts.

I thank you deeply for representing Rwanda and Africa.
