Usually, when a currency note gets old, it may get a tear and users mend it with cello tape.

In Nyamirambo, it is a different story. When a note gets a tear, it is rejected on first sight and there is nowhere you can buy anything with it!

Can National Bank of Rwanda please advise the people of how these old but genuine notes can be withdrawn from circulation? I am stuck with them.
