Editor,I congratulate Ambassador James Kimonyo. During 6 years as  Rwanda’s envoy to the USA, he accomplished a lot including forming diaspora community.He made us Rwandans in diaspora love more our country and work for it. I found him to be a man of integrity, humility and hard-working among other qualities. We will surely miss him as our ambassador but we are happy for his new appointment.President Kagame made a good choice in appointing him because Rwanda needs intelligent and hard-working people like him.
