While foreign payers have been dominating the Rwandan transfer market, some Rwandan players are moving the opposite way to playing out of the country.
The likes of Thierry Manzi and Bonheur Mugisha will be playing in the Libyan Premier League next season while striker Danny Usengimana has said goodbye to Police as he considers in future elsewhere.

Thierry Manzi to Al Ahli Tripoli
The Rwandan defender was unveiled as new player of Libyan topflight side Al Ahli Tripoli on Friday.
The former APR FC skipper joins countryman Bonheur Mugisha who signed for the same club earlier this week. The duo will be eying a reunion with Al Ta'awon midfielder Haruna Niyonzima who has been plying his trade in the Libyan League since December 2022.
Manzi join Al Ahli Tripoli after his six-month deal with AS Kigali expired at the end of the season.
Usengimana completes Al-Hudood move
The Rwanda international has signed for Iraqi topflight side Al-Hudood SC days after parting ways with Al Qasim who opted against extending his stay as his contract expires at the end of July.
Usengimana arrived in Iraq in July 2022 from Police FC. He previously played for Isonga FC, Rayon Sports and APR FC in Rwanda. He also had stints in Kuwait and Zambia for the Buildcon team.
Usengimana bids farewell to Police FC
Striker Danny Usengimana has said goodbye to Police FC after serving the club for four seasons in two different spells during which he scored 46 goals. It is reported that he will soon join his wife in Canada.
Usengimana played for Isonga, APR, Singida United and Tersana SC.
Sunrise FC sign four players
After the arrival star striker Robert Mukoghotya and Ghanaian attacking midfielder Paul Laab Garia Sunrise FC has signed four players as club continues major squad shakeup ahead of next season.
The new signings include Patrick Murenzi Munyagihugu who was Mukoghotya’s teammate at Mukura VS last season, Jean Michel 'Gigi' Byukusenge from Gorilla FC, Isaie Hagenimana and Elysa Duhimbaze Elysa from Rugende FC.
The club also extended contracts for Clever Shyaka, Vedaste Niyibizi and Elysa Mwizerwa.
