The women volleyball league which was in first leg break last weekend, resumes today with the fourth round set to be played where title defenders APR host Group A matches in Ruhango while St Aloys Rwamagana will play host to Group B matches.In Group A, APR face off Lycee de Nyanza in the opening match; Ruhango takes on Lycee de Nyanza before APR concludes group matches with a date against third-placed Ruhango. In Group B, former champions Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) take on St. Aloys Rwamagana in the opener and St. Joseph Kabgayi in the second fixture before St. Aloys Rwamagana wind the day with a tough battle against St. Joseph Kabgyayi. In men’s category, the league will be entering into sixth round as Kigali volleyball club (KVC) play host to all Group A matches as title holders APR host Group B matches while Saint Joseph Kabgayi will host Group C matches.In Group A, Kigali volleyball club will play Lycee de Nyanza in the opener before meeting leaders NUR in the second match while NUR will battle Lycee du Nyanza in the final match respectively.In Group B, holders APR face-off Group scolaire officiel de Butare (GSOB) in the opener while second-placed Inatek will play GSOB in the second match with the third game pitting Inatek against APR. In Group C, Saint Joseph Kabgayi will play Christ Roi in the opener; Rusumo high school will take on Christ Roi in the second game before hosts Saint Joseph Kabgayi climax the day with a date against Rusomo high school.The National University of Rwanda leads the men’s league standings with 28 points, two points ahead of INATEK and APR, while Christ Roi lies bottom of the log with 10 points.In the women’s league, APR is leading with 15pts; RRA 13pts; Ruhango 11pts while Saint Aloys, Lycee de Nyanza and Saint Joseph come fourth, fifth and sixth with 7pts each.
