The President of World Vision, Richard Stearns (L), chats with Local Government minister James Musoni in Kigali yesterday. The two officials discussed working relations and mutual support between the two institutions.

Stearns, who is in the country for a week-long visit to World Vision Rwanda, arrived on Monday accompanied by 19 senior pastors from the US and his family, commended the country’s leadership for spearheading socioeconomic transformation and good governance, especially the decentralisation policy. He promised continuous support to the national development programmes.
