Editor, Touché is the right word to describe Alline Akintore’s commentary, "Yet another look at our universities’ relevancy”, published in The New Times issue of May 14.I think there are some important things that we must not forget: If an engineer works as a receptionist at a bank in Rwanda, it implies that they are not utilising their skills. As for jobs, Rwanda’s higher institutions of learning release incompetent graduates with skills that are not related to those needed by modern employers .I’m suggesting that the Government of Rwanda inject more in developmental studies.
