After a few months, Rwanda’s first artiste to win the Tusker Project Fame competition, (TPF) Alpha Rwirangira has no plans of slowing down as he continues to make strides in his music career.U.S-based Rwandan singer/songwriter, Rwirangira has released a new song dubbed, Connected, featuring King James.The love song is currently rocking social networks and urban radio a few days after it’s release.The Songa Mbele star was last in Rwanda to celebrate Christmas with family in Dec 2012 and he recorded various songs with other local artistes during his stay.One of the songs that first hit the airwaves after Rwirangira left for States was, Beautiful featuring upcoming artiste Peace.What inspires his music varies. It can be as simple as when he’s somewhere and he sees something.Rwirangira has released quite a number of songs and his famous songs include, Come to Me, African Swagga, and Songa Mbele, among others.He doesn’t always write full songs right away, but sometimes writes ideas down and comes back to them later when he’s looking for ideas.Rwirangira has always loved music and has wanted to be a musician ever since he was a kid.
