The national handball federation is organizing a two-day tournament to commemorate this year’s Liberation Day, which falls every July 4.

According to the federation officials, the inaugural tournament will be held belatedly, that’s from Saturday, July 5 to Sunday 6.

The tournament will be played on three different grounds including KIE, Lycée Notre Dame de Citeaux and at Maison des Jeune in Kimisagara.

So far nine teams including the School of Finance and Banking (SFB), Kigali Institute of Education (KIE), Lycée de Kigali, ISAE Busogo, APAPEKI Cyuru, APPEC Remera Rukoma, Gicumbi Province and Group Schoharie St. Joseph Nyamasheke have already confirmed their participation.
