KHARTOUM -- Sudan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs slammed Tuesday Israel’s recent military attack against the Syrian army facilities.

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its full condemnation and rejection of these repeated, flagrant and provocative aggression which represent a blatant violation to Syria, its territorial sovereignty and to the UN Charter and all international laws,” read the ministry in a statement.

The ministry further noted that "the international community’s silence toward the Israeli aggression would encourage it to continue this way which represents the law of the jungle.” On Sunday, Israel launched air strikes against a number of Syrian army facilities in Damascus, mainly at a military research center in the capital’s suburb of Jamraya.
