Editor, This is something to crow about and I really like it. After reading the story from The New Times, what I did is head straight to the Google Play Store to download the app. I just searched its name and found the app immediately. What I can say is that the young man (Sangwa Rwabuhihi) did a great job in creating the app. This is an example of what we can do if we embrace technology.
