They have to explore new horizons and bring different skills to their homeland.But I need them to be emissaries of their country abroad. There have not been security, hunger or shelter problems in Rwanda for the past 10 years or so. I call upon Rwandans out there to be good ambassadors of their country like Zabulon Ndizeye has been.
