Stop blaming universities, taste the fruits of e-learning

Editor, I totally agree with students about wanting to study abroad. But well, as you know, it’s not possible for everyone to get that chance. Then what next? Just because universities in Rwanda are not as good as those abroad doesn’t mean a graduate here can’t be equally skilled.

Editor,

Yes, I totally agree with students about wanting to study abroad. But well, as you know, it’s not possible for everyone to get that chance. Then what next? Just because universities in Rwanda are not as good as those abroad doesn’t mean a graduate here can’t be equally skilled.

The world is one global village today, and if you want to learn something, then embrace e-learning. You can practically teach yourself anything online and even gain more skills than you would acquire abroad.

Don’t let you ambition to study abroad drive you away from your dream by using the local universities as an excuse for your limited skills in the labour market.
