Editor,The biggest problem is that so many people are currently dependent on this "free” money. If all the people who work for NGO’s lose their jobs and all the support to the Government cut, there would be a lot of chaos among the people. Yes, no doubt we need to get away from aid, and this needs to happen by a growing economy that is creating jobs and wealth. All the nations that Soraya Hakuziyaremye mentioned above are known for their hard work ethics and they are on the forefront of many technologies.
