As we had predicted at the beginning of the Genocide mourning period, individuals and organisations that have an axe to grind with Rwanda will come out of the woodwork for their annual mudslinging.True to nature and never wanting to be left behind are Human Rights Watch and its Executive Director, Kenneth Roth. But this time, they bit off more than they could chew in a humiliating showdown in Buffalo, New York.Roth and his inkling had been used to having gullible audiences eating out of their hands, feeding them biased versions of the situation in Rwanda, while sweeping actions by notorious terror organisations under the carpet.This time they were confounded by finding a well informed audience, who challenged their selective and biased reporting, especially regarding the situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) that it will take them time to regain their composure.The world has awakened. It now has a myriad of news sources and no longer depends on self-righteous reports by so-called human rights organisations and self-imposed "Rwanda specialists”, which, in actual fact, have their own hideous agendas.Their conspiracy theories are falling apart one by one; they can no longer hold. They are casualties of their own machinations that seem to boomerang into their faces every time they attempt to gain political capital out of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.They forget that this is the dot.com generation that has historical facts at their fingertips, so their lies and manipulations have limited shelve lives.
