Insecurity caused by those evil men and women of unprecedented grudge to the success attained by our government should not be offered a safe haven in Rwanda. The devil and the enemy of Rwanda are at it again.Let us unite for the sake of bringing such inhuman activities to an end.Together, we can alter the course of subversive elements in our society. Together, we can apprehend and prosecute the evil-minded and unpatriotic criminals with the intention of carrying out indiscriminate killings.
