President Paul Kagame has arrived in Oyo in Northern Congo to participate in a one-day meeting hosted by President Denis Sassou-Nguesso of the Republic of Congo.

President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and President Joseph Kabila of the DRC are scheduled to attend the meeting where the Heads of State will discuss progress in ongoing efforts to end conflict in Eastern DRC and establish security in the region.
