Editor,It is high time the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) militias sought for a proper name befitting the reason for their stay in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I start by suggesting one for them perhaps by terming them as economical migrants and settlers in the DRC.With the speed and rate Rwanda is developing from the yoke of backwardness and political decay towards sensible recovery for a bright future, FDRL has nothing substantial and new ideas to offer.In this regard, Mr. Peter Fahrenholz, the German envoy to Rwanda, has every reason to remind them to return to Rwanda as they have no useful business in the jungles of DRC.David, KigaliReaction to the story, "German envoy urges FDLR rebels to return”, (The New Times, March 18).
