BRUCE MELODIE set out as a back-up singer three years ago. But the 21-year-old, whose real name is Bruce Itahiwacu, quickly metamorphosed into the bona fide crooner we know today. His debut hit song, Tubivemo (Let’s Call it Quits), which he dropped in 2011, still rocks local radio airwaves. Tubivemo is a mid-tempo love ballad that tells the story of a relationship that doesn’t seem to be working out.
