A total of 10 players are on their way out of APR FC which is also eyeing loan deals for Anicet Ishimwe and Yves Mugunga, Times Sport understands.
The military side has been busy in the transfer market, signing a number of players who are expected to help the club regain its elite status at the continental scene after a several failed attempts with local players.
The Army club have so far brought six foreign players and they are said to have decided to part ways with ten players including non performing ones in order to balance their cheque book.
A showdown meeting with players was held on Tuesday evening, during which 10 players were told that they are no longer in the club’s plans next season.
With the exception of Bonheur Mugisha who has been offered a deal by Stade Tunisien and had to be released, the club had to do away with captain Djabel Manishimwe who struggled for playing time.
Other players set to be released include Blaise Itangishaka, Placide Rwabuhihi, FistonI shimwe, Fabio Ndikumana, Keddy Nsanzimfura who was on loan at Marines in the 2022/23 season, Dieudonne Ndayishimiye, Aboubakar, Uwiduhaye and Irshad Nsengimana.

Duo completes Amagaju move
Meanwhile, newly-promoted Rwanda Premier League side Amagaju FC have been busy in the transfer market looking to reinforce their squad ahead of next season.
The Nyamagabe-based club have confirmed the signing of Eagle Noir of Burundi captain Massoud Narcisse on a two-year deal.

They have also secured the signature of Nyandwi Jerome from relegated Espoir on a two-year contract.
Bugingo signs for Rayon
Rayon Sports have finally secured the services of left-back Hakim Bugingo from Gasogi United as club continues beef up their squad in various departments.
Bugingo impressed Rayon after an incredible season with Gasogi who initially wanted to keep him for another season.
The defender’s contract was due to expire in October, which could have delayed his transfer but the Blues did all they could to seal the move before the new season begins.
Elsewhere, Innocent Twagirimana has appended his signature to a two -year deal with Etoile de l'Est. He moves to the topflight newcomers after five seasons with Sunrise FC.
Sunrise FC also announced the signing of goalkeeper Pacifique Mahoro on a three-year deal while winger Frank Shema has also extended his stay at the club on a new two-year contract.
