Editor,This is in reaction to the story, "Hoteliers cry out over noise pollution law”, (The New Times, March 14).We want to musically enjoy our peace and security. A lot of efforts have been made by Government towards guaranteeing stability, economic growth and prosperity. It would, therefore, be foolhardy not to allow the masses to musically express themselves. We are lucky not to have harsh weather conditions like in some countries where they have no choice but to remain indoors. We, therefore, beg the Police and City of Kigali authorities not to subject Rwandans to boring lives. Besides, those in the entertainment industry pay huge taxes and employ thousands.Robert, Remera
