Dear editor,

I want to remind my fellow country men that we should start preparing to survive during this coming long dry period.

It is a time we need to stock and sell less of our food because if we don’t, we shall be in trouble of hunger in the near future.

We should not only stock food alone but also water. This is of course not a culture of many Rwandans but unless they adopt it, they will remain in trouble.

No body should wait to be rescued by the so called well wishers when starving. We have had enough of foreign aid and we should leave it to countries still affected by war.
