Keeping your whole body clean is important. When children are always clean, they will not suffer from flu, cough, stomach pains and skin diseases.

Staying clean is very simple. Make sure that when you are bathing you use soap, a sponge and a lot of water to bathe your self.

After bathing use a clean towel to dry, because dirty towels keep germs which bring diseases. If your towel becomes very wet, you can dry it under the sun to chase the germs away.

Never forget to brush your teeth in the morning and before going to bed at night. Germs can also hide in your teeth if you do not remove the food which gets stuck there.

This makes you mouth to smell and turn your teeth to colour brown. When you brush your teeth daily they will remain white and sparkling.

Children should not forget to cut their finger and toe nails when they grow long. Long nails trap dirt which is full of germs. When you cut and keep nails clean there is no room left for germs to stay.

Another important way to stay clean is by washing your hands. Wash hands before and after eating food. After going to the toilets you must wash your hands with clean water and soap to remove all the germs.

Parents should guide children on how to keep their bodies clean so that they do not smell and catch diseases because they are dirty.
