Editor,This is in reaction to the story, "RURA bans fake cell phones (The New Times, March 10). You should understand that people do not buy cheap phones by choice. It is because that is what they can afford. Everyone would be happy to use a quality phone as these days; a Smartphone can combine the functions traditionally carried out from a number of devices like computers, cameras, calculators, block notes, and so forth.
