Editor,This is in reference to the commentary, ‘‘From flower pots to billboards; next is city dress code,’’  published yesterday.It is a Good article but brief.  I wish you had continued to point out the failures of the city council because they are many. I wish the mayor focuses on the big picture instead of looking at unnecessary things like, flowers, billboards..etc.Jane, Kigali .***************The City administration should think big and provide a much larger favorable environment for businesses. The city may also do simple participatory studies to know what people need most to effectively conduct business.
