Women should not wait to gain extra weight in order to get into the habit of exercising and keeping fit because everybody needs this,”he said.Ruzindana advises that women should aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. It can be easy exercises like taking a walk, jogging and walking up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator. One can even enroll for gym sessions if they can afford it because it would be easier to exercise with guidance alongside other people. Slim or big, every woman needs to exercise for both their mental and physical health. Exercising will keep one’s mind relaxed and happier besides keeping them in good shape.
