The increasing number of children that are neglected daily is becoming a big problem. I agree to what Minister Mujawamaria said that children are being abandoned by their parents.

This kind of behavior has no sense and root. Parents who ca not look after their children should not give birth to them in the first place.

Why should one produce children to ‘throw away’? I think every person who intends to have children should at least learn some parenting skills.

I would like to encourage those children who have been neglected to know that though your father and mother forget you the Lord shall never forget you (Isaiah 49:15)
