The Ministry of Youth and ICT, in conjunction with Rwanda Development Board (RDB), has today launched e-Mboni – a document tracking system that will allow public institutions to securely share documents electronically.

According to Minister Jean-Philbert Nsengimana, e-Mboni system will contribute in time management as well as reduce the use of papers. It’s also a foundation of other platforms while delivering better services.
