RWANDA’S football academy Vision FC wants to promote  Rwandan football by giving a platform to young players aged between 12 and 17 to elevate their talents.The team coach Bonny Cassim Rugamba, told Times Sport that the aim of the academy is to build a strong foundation for young talents so they can be equipped with knowledge and skills."Our ambition is to train as many young players across the country so that in the future we have many players who can feature for the national teams.” "In Vision Academy, we have many talented players and we are availing to them what they  need to acquire top quality in football,”said the former Rayon Sport striker.Vision FC have had relative success with youth development programmes in recent years, which has seen some of their players elevate to feature in the U-17 and U-20 national teams. They include Isonga FC goalie Olivier Kwizera, Juma Nizeyimana, Cedric Kubwimana and America Kalisa.Besides Vision FC, the other surviving football academy in the country is SEC.
