It was an endless night of hearty laughter at the Ishyo Art centre in Kacyiru on Friday evening. The Knights of Comedy left revelers in knots with the various performances that started at 7:20pm, twenty minutes after the scheduled time. Comedic skills were conducted in English, Kinyarwanda and French. Apart from endless comedy, attendees enjoyed music and dance from musicians like Big Mike, Angel, Dark Matter Entertainment Group, and the Crest Crew dancers.Speaking to The New Times, Jerome Mugisha, one of the organisers said that the event aimed at acting as a relaxation treat for stressed Kigalians after a tough week. "I am greatly humbled by the big turn-up and maybe we should consider getting a bigger venue next time,” he said.  "I’ve fallen in love with their style of comedy, the interaction with the crowd and the language mix. Their jokes are really rib-cracking,” said Peterson Gatsinzi, one of the revelers.The event ended at 9:45pm. Entrance was free.
