Editor, I take this opportunity to commend the minister of sports and culture, Protais Mitali, for his efforts to preserve our history. With the rate of development and the demolition of structures in and Kigali and around the country, it looked like there would not be something to preserve our cultural heritage and history that our children would refer to.
