Rwanda's Office of the Auditor General has ranked second in Africa in institutional strength among statutory audit bodies, a new report indicates.

The findings, contained in Open Budget Survey 2012, indicate that Rwanda's OAG ties with that of Ghana, while that of Botswana tops the continent.
