Perry accessorized with a one-of-a-kind, heart-shaped ruby ring by Santa Barbara-based jeweler and designer Daniel GibbingsBecause Perry wore the bauble on her engagement finger, many outlets -- including E! News and Entertainment Tonight -- wondered if Mayer had popped the question. Perry’s reps had no responded to their request for comment.
