Editor,Dear minister, this is a good project (to issue official documents online). I hope that users will appreciate the outcome because some projects do not meet the expectation. For example, some great online projects are not giving information needed by users and need a review. Please, analyse the outcome from users of E-soko and TRACnet, Songa Mbere ICT etc.Musonera, Kicukiro District, Kigali
