Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) is to start collecting Social Security Fund (SSFR) contributions to ease doing business in the country.

The move comes after concerns from the private sector that queuing at RRA collection centres and at SSSF offices to clear workers’ contributions wastes a lot of time.

RRA’s vision is to increase the national budget funding from the current 50 percent.
