With the aim to understand what customers think and like about Tigo Rwanda, the second largest operator sent dozens of collaborators in the streets of Rubavu to engage in conversations with area residents.The visit was part of a programme designed to bring the employee closer to the customer – thus increasing the fidelity of the feedback about Tigo Rwanda products and services. This in an ongoing periodical exercise to reach all regions of Rwanda during the rest of the year.
