Editor, This is a reaction to the article, "Why Kigali’s homes are turning into commercial premises”, (The New Times, February 12).The article is very elaborate and raises concern to the taxpayer and investors, but how I wish you got us (the readers and interested parties) a substantial statement of the government’s concern, the way forward, or solution to what otherwise seems to be the said problem.Arthur K K, Kigali
