Dear editor,

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the national police of Rwanda. I have traveled in many countries of Africa, but i have never found a performing police like the one, we have in Rwanda.

I saw their efficiency when a stubborn driver tried to dodge them. They insisted until they got him and no one of them, demanded a bribe from the driver, who looked ready to offer it. Keep it up!
