Dear Editor,

I would like to thank the government for finally considering to construct the Niboye –Kicukiro road.

As I write this letter, materials for construction have been put in place and I am hopeful that soon we will be free from the dust and potholes.

We hope that the road works are completed in the shortest time possible.
