Editor,LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, welcome to the American justice system. It is so often said that you get what you bargained for. People in the whole of the Third World believe that Americans or Westerners, in the broader sense, have the best justice system. It is therefore time to question how just the Western justice is. The ICTR appointed an American to head the Court of Appeal whereas this fellow believes, according to his Western norms that RTLM radio’s messages to kill Tutsi, constituted freedom of expression.
